A Goal Starts with a Dream

What was my dream?
Gary Vaynerchuk says Go live your dream, and I did! In 2015 I travelled across South America for a life-changing experience. My dream was to watch the sunrise in the Amazon, and guess what? I did it.
Picture this, you’re woken by a sound that can only be described as a train whipping through the air. Is it a train? No, it can’t be because you are in the middle of the Amazon jungle. You check your watch, its 5 am and it’s not a dream, you’re awake before the dawn breaks. You're in a wooden room with a mosquito net around your bed. That sound is coming from a primate 2 kilometers from where you lie. It’s loud, and he is telling you to wake up. It’s the jungles morning call, the start of the dawn chorus.
It’s coming from a Howler Monkey. Feb 2015 was the first time I heard that sound and I was in Bolivia’s Amazon Jungle. It wasn’t long after the other animals started to engage, it was a market leader. The Howler Monkey had woken the rest of the jungle and they were paying attention. While it was loud, it was magnificent, and amazing ability be heard from miles away. So for me, thinking back to that moment, the joy of been woken to go watch the sunrise in the Amazon was an incredible experience. A dream come true!

For me finding a suitable name to match our company values was easy. Why? I believe you don’t always need to be up before dawn promoting your business, but it certainly helps to rise early to set your daily goals so that you're off to the best positive start to the day.
Our team has a passion for not just marketing but also a passion for letting people know about the good things in life, even if it's to tell someone to stay motivated because today is a new day! That’s why we chose the Howler Monkey to be the symbol of our business.
And just like the Howler Monkey helped wake me and make my dreams come true, at Howler Hub we want to make your goals and dreams come true too.
